Evangelische Bank’s covered bonds (Pfandbriefe) are rated by S&P Global Ratings. The external rating agency has assigned an AAA rating to Evangelische Bank’s covered bond business and the associated covered bonds, with a stable outlook. This is the highest rating on S&P’s rating scale.

In addition, the creditworthiness of the entire Cooperative Financial Network (Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe) is assessed by Standard & Poor’s (group rating: A+) and Fitch (group rating: AA-). Debt Issuance Program

Evangelische Bank eG maintains a Debt Issuance Programme (DIP) with a total volume of EUR 1 billion, under which it issues covered bonds (Pfandbriefe). Securities issued under the DIP may be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The programme documentation is governed by German law. Issuances under the DIP may be denominated in euro.
